The short enquiry form
The form uses your name, party size and an optional preferred date to prepare a WhatsApp message in your browser. We do not submit those fields to a website backend, create a website enquiry record, or save a draft in cookies or local storage.
When you select Continue on WhatsApp, those details become part of a link sent to WhatsApp. WhatsApp receives that link information before you press Send, even if you decide not to send the message. The link may also remain in your browser history. Avoid including medical information, identity-document details or other sensitive information in the name field.
Calling or messaging Eastbound
When you send a WhatsApp message or call us, we receive the information you choose to share and the contact details available through that channel. We use the conversation to discuss your visit and provide the requested arrangements and quotation.
The website cannot tell whether a prepared WhatsApp message was sent, delivered or read. WhatsApp handles its own account, messaging and data processing under its privacy policy. Conversations may remain in the participants' accounts and backups; this website does not control those systems.
Website operation
This version does not use advertising pixels, third-party analytics or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served with the site rather than loaded from a third-party font service.
The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address and requested page. Your browser may also cache pages, remember form values or retain browsing history according to your settings.
